What is Low Gluten?
We use all Gluten Free ingredients in our baking, and we take as much care as possible with creating these delicious cookies. But as we do have normal flour in the air and use the same ovens to bake off as we do the normal cookies (cookies are baked off separately) we can not be classified as a full 100% Gluten Free Bakery.

Buzzy Bee Bakery is an inclusive place to be. That’s why we also have a range of yummy low gluten products available so as many people as possible can treat themselves. Even though we're based in the Manchester area, we deliver UK-wide so no one has to miss out.
Our postal boxes full of delicious treats go on sale every Thursday and are sent out the following Wednesday. Stay up to date with our latest delivery time slots by following the Buzzy Bee Instagram page.
But if you’re in the area, we’d love for you to come and visit us, too. Our shop is based at 3 Hawthorn Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire and we're open Thursday–Sunday.

We understand that having a gluten intolerance can make you wary about certain foods, but we assure you that all of our low gluten sweet treats are made in a carefully supervised environment.
Every treat and dessert is created in-store by our trained team for your safety and to ensure that every crumb is as delicious as can be. We take great care when prepping, storing and posting our low gluten baked goods, so they reach you in pristine condition.
